The Hindhead Music Centre is not just for the classical musician, and has a healthy number of students learning to play folk, rock and blues guitar, as well as drums, electric bass and keyboards in a variety of modern styles.  Jazz enthusiasts are catered for, in that as well as instruments such as piano, drums, guitar and saxophone being taught in jazz styles, there is also a Jazz Club for performers.

It is never too late to start to learn to play an instrument, and many adult learners learn a popular instrument regardless of whether they have any previous musical background.

We have teachers for all ages and abilities and currently teach students at all levels from absolute beginners to regularly gigging musicians.  The music centre is open in the evenings during the week, and so caters for those who are in full-time employment.

Many of the students who have passed through the Music Centre over the years have commented on how they have benefitted from the uniquely welcoming atmosphere here.
